TRYOUT INFORMATION / Athletic Participation Packet

SCMS Softball tryouts are scheduled for May 26th from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the SCMS Softball Fields. Please wear appropriate softball attire and bring plenty of water. 

 

All participants MUST have a current physical, dated after April 15th, 2023. Plus, all athletic documents such as physical, medical history, consent, etc. must be uploaded into FinalForms.
