Physical Education is an introduction to a lifetime of health and fitness where we encourage everyone to start a habit of moving for fun and eating to live, not living to eat.

Here is an easy circuit workout you can do at home.
Do each exercise without rest and then rest for 3 minutes after completing all 6 exercises! Complete 3 rounds
 
  • 20 Bodyweight squats.
  • 10 Push-ups.
  • 10 Walking lunges (each leg).
  • 30 Second Plank.
  • 30 Jumping jacks
