Instrument fittings will take place this Saturday. Please check the schedule below to see when to bring your child to school. Students should enter at the back doors near the gym. Fittings will take only about fifteen minutes and parents are asked to wait in the car or cafeteria.

Students will be assigned scores to use as a guide when making instrument choices. Choices will be made in class next week, so please do not acquire an instrument until you are emailed with those final choices.

*Fitting Schedule:
Last names beginning with A-C, come between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
Last names beginning with D-G, come between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
Last names beginning with H-K, come between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
Last names beginning with L-M, come between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
Last names beginning with N-R, come between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
Last names beginning with S-Z, come between 11:30 AM and 12:00 noon.

*If you cannot attend during your assigned time, please drop by anytime between 9:00 and noon.

Please email the directors ASAP if your child is unavailable during Saturday's fitting schedule. To stay on schedule, it is imperative that we fit them at school this week.
