Who: All Band Students (6th, 7th, and 8th grade)
Attire: All students should wear their concert attire to school.
- Beginning Band Students: Dress Clothes - no jeans, sweatpants, athletic wear, crocs, slides, or athletic shoes
- 7th & 8th Grade Students: Solid Black Dress Pants, Black Performance T-Shirt, Band Jacket, and Solid Black Dress Shoes (no open toe - solid black socks when appropriate)
What: All band students will stay after school to rehearse concert logistics and performance. Students will be provided dinner from the band program. The dinner will be chicken tenders and sides from Cracker Barrel.
When: Doors to the audience will open at 6:15pm with the concert beginning at 7:00pm. All students are required to stay for the entirety of the Spring Concert. Estimated end time of the concert will be 8:15pm. There will be a reception featuring the performance of the SCMS Jazz Band in the cafeteria with cookies and drinks for all families at the conclusion of the concert.
No tickets are required for this event - admission is free to all families and members of the public.
