Student Council Application- Due August 18th!

By completing this application, I understand that I am required to meet the following standards:

 

1. I must maintain at least a C average.

2. I must show leadership through my behavior. 

3. I must attend student council meetings and activities. If you have more than two unexcused absences, you will be asked to give up your position. Notes for absences to be excused must be turned in BEFORE the meeting.

Student Council Teacher Recommendation (Copy this link into an email to your teachers asking them to complete the form by August 16th. At least one of the teachers must be a teacher from last year. If you were on student council last year, you do not need to ask for teacher recommendations.)
